Export Contacts from Outlook Express

Export Contact from Outlook Express as a CSV

Open Outlook Express:
Select File > Export > Address Book from the main menu.
Select Text File (Comma Separated Values). (Save the file on yoru desktop or somewhere easy to remember)
Click Export
